Cancellations made more than fourteen days before your scheduled charter receive a full refund. Cancellations within fourteen days are non-refundable, though you may transfer your booking to another date at no additional cost if availability permits. Weather conditions, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may require us to reschedule or cancel trips. In such cases, we offer a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

Fishing involves inherent risks. You assume all responsibility for injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during your charter. Our crew follows strict safety protocols, but we cannot guarantee your safety or the safety of your equipment. You release Fishing Guide Charters, our guides, and all associated personnel from liability for any harm sustained during your trip. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
